As I transition to retirement and other life opportunities, I want to thank all the patients, families and staff that I have been able to serve and work with for over three decades here at ABC Pediatrics. You all have allowed me to accomplish part of my life's purpose in coming alongside you for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. I particularly have enjoyed attending to the kids of parents I also took care of. Our practice has grown during my time here and continues to have many wonderful, outstanding physicians and staff giving excellent and compassionate healthcare to our patients.

Introducing CHADIS
We are now using a system called CHADIS to ask questions about how patients are doing - before the visit. Filling out the CHADIS questionnaires before the visit gives you and the doctor more time to talk about issues that you may want to make sure get addressed. Prior to your child's well child visit, you should receive an email from CHADIS. The login information is the parent's email address on file. Please make sure the forms are completed before your child's visit to avoid having your appointment delayed or rescheduled.
