Our front office staff serves as the "front line" for our office, answering and directing your calls, taking messages, making appointments, registering your child upon arrival and completing your paperwork when your visit is over. They work very hard to make your visit here efficient and pleasant. Please do not hesitate to ask them for any assistance you may need.

The front office staff continues to verify your insurance and, when appropriate, confirm that ABC Pediatrics is the PCP (Primary Care Provider. We have contracted with a separate (in-house) billing and collections company who's staff spend their days dealing with the complexities and minutiae of insurance plans, managed care, and coverage issues. They are very organized and detailed as they submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf and follow the claim through the sometimes tedious process of payment and resolution. Insurance coverage and payment has become very complex; please be patient as our billing company follows the required steps in the process. At various times they may seek your assistance in getting a claim paid by your insurance company. At other times they may have to discuss your claim with you in order to explain what the insurance company is saying.

We are privileged to have a number of pediatric nurses on our staff, who help us to provide quality care and service. These nurses have years of pediatric experience in both hospital and office settings, and they offer a distinct level of service to our patients. We also have several outstanding medical assistants on our staff who assist us in serving you and your family. We think that you will find our clinical staff to be warm, compassionate, and helpful as they care for your children.
